Postage Due on Shipments and FAQs

It looks like more and more people are receiving our game and we couldn't be more excited! 🙌🎉 We just wanted to give a heads up about a few issues that has been brought to our attention, and also address some FAQs people have been sending us.
1. Postage Due - Unfortunately, a few of the packages have been delivered with postage due. This is our mistake, and we're incredibly sorry for this inconvenience. If your package arrives with postage due, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our absolute best to try to make things right and help any way we can.
2. Game Instructions - Some people have noticed that there are a few slight changes to the rules from the original video to the current instructions, the biggest change being that you're required to collect 2 of the same color and 3 different colors vs collecting 3 of the same color and 3 different. The reason we changed this was to prevent games from dragging on too long. We wanted to hit the 15-20 minute mark like the game promises and, especially when playing with 4+ players, we found that games could last a little too long. We updated the rule to help keep the rounds shorter. However, if you are ok with longer rounds and think you want to use the original objective, we won't try to stop you. 😉
3. International Shipments - We are ready to ship out all the orders, we're just waiting on our international shipping agent's approval. We hope to get a bulk pickup arranged by the end of this week!
We've been blown away by the feedback and support we have received from everyone. You all are the best and we hope you enjoy the games!

Dead Grandma has officially made its way across the ocean, and has arrived in the sea port from where it will begin its land portion of its journey. We have been assured that we will receive the games within the next week. After receiving the games, we will begin shipping almost immediately! 🎉🎊
That is where we need your help.
1. If you have not completed your BackerKit survey, we CANNOT send you your game. Please complete the survey ASAP to receive your rewards.
2. For those who need to update their address, we are sending out an email from BackerKit today where you can do so!
3. If you have completed your BackerKit survey and do not need to update your shipping address, no action is needed.

We're thrilled to share a major milestone in our Kickstarter journey – our games have been manufactured and are on their way to us! We anticipate the games arriving to our warehouse late November to early December, and as soon as they're in our hands, we'll kick off the fulfillment process.
To our international backers, we regret to inform you that it's unlikely the games will arrive by the end of the year due to shipping logistics. We're actively collaborating with our partners to expedite the process, and we truly appreciate your patience as we approach the final stages of this exciting Kickstarter journey.
